Andreas Döpke
Born and bread Namibian
Started off in Optics at age 16 (1987) with
Hermann.
Abitur 1991
Studied at the University of Durban-Westville in
RSA
Qualified in 1995
Practiced in WHK for a year
Left for Europe and lived in England for two
years
Two years in Australia, and
traveling the world
Returned to Namibia, started to work with Hermann
again

Andreas is fully fluent in Afrikaans, English and German.

Johanna Erasmus
Studied at the Randse Afrikaanse Universiteit, now better known as the University of Johannesburg, and obtained her optometry degree in 1996.
In February 1996 she started working fulltime at Windhoek Optics. After a few years, City Optics opened its doors and she was appointed as managing optometrist.
In 2003 she started at Hasselt Optics and still enjoys a very rewarding time with this dynamic team.
Johanna has a particular interest for testing children and the elderly, due to the unique challenges it presents in the field of optometry
Johanna is fully trilingual and are also able to perform an eye test in Portuguese!
Andreas is fully fluent in Afrikaans, English and German.
